Executivo de Contas Júnior – SDR

• Geração de novas oportunidades (Outbound) via ligações, e-mails e redes sociais; • Aplicação de metodologias de vendas para entender as dores, o orçamento e a adequação do lead ao Perfil de Cliente Ideal (ICP); • Marcação de reuniões estratégicas para o time de vendas (closers); • Atualização rigorosa de ferramentas (como Salesforce ou RD Station), registro de interações e acompanhamento do pipeline; • Retomada de contatos que esfriaram e nutrição de oportunidades.

Job Requirements

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Atuação prévia na área comercial ou como SDR Júnior, demonstrando domínio das etapas do funil;
  • Domínio da escrita e da fala para conduzir conversas de valor, com forte capacidade de escuta ativa;
  • Familiaridade com cadências de e-mail (ex: Outplay, Meetime), plataformas de CRM e redes profissionais;
  • Maior autonomia para lidar com objeções complexas e capacidade de analisar indicadores próprios da área;
  • Capacidade de lidar com a rejeição e manter a motivação diária;
  • Habilidade de gerenciar o próprio tempo e atingir metas de agendamentos com menor dependência de supervisão direta;
  • Foco intenso no cumprimento de metas diárias, semanais e mensais.
