• Set up and launch Facebook advertising campaigns for new clients, following a standardized checklist from start to finish • Set up and launch email marketing campaigns for clients, including importing contact lists, configuring automations, and testing before sending • Set up and launch SMS marketing campaigns for clients once all compliance requirements have been met • Clean and prepare client contact lists before importing them into our marketing platform • Test all campaign components before marking a launch complete to ensure everything is working correctly • Send clients a confirmation when their campaigns are live and update internal records accordingly • Communicate directly with healthcare providers to collect everything needed before their campaigns can go live • Access to their Facebook business page and advertising account • Payment method set up on their advertising account • Verified phone number on their advertising account • Patient contact list for email and SMS campaigns • Conduct video calls with clients who need step-by-step guidance completing pre-launch requirements, you will be on camera and should be comfortable walking non-technical clients through the process • Follow up consistently until all requirements are met and document all communication in our CRM • Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead after two failed follow-up attempts
Outbound Sales Development Representative – LATAM

• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified leads. • Engage and educate potential clients (chiropractors, pain management specialists, physical therapists, etc.) on the benefits of StemWave’s solutions. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making process. • Schedule sales meetings for the Account Executive team with high-intent prospects. • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar) to track outreach, engagement, and follow-ups. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target high-potential markets. • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.).
Media Buyer

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts for healthcare provider clients • Review 100% of assigned accounts a minimum of 3 times per week and take action on any account showing signs of underperformance • Keep cost-per-lead (CPL) in check across the portfolio - any account with a CPL above $30 over the last 7 days must be reviewed and actioned within 24 hours • Make timely optimization decisions: rotate creatives, modify audiences, update targeting, and restructure ad sets where needed • Monitor pixel tracking and conversion events to ensure data is recording correctly across all accounts • Execute a minimum of 2 structured creative tests per month across the portfolio • Test variables including ad creative, copy, and audience targeting with the goal of reducing CPL, improving conversion rates, and improving overall performance • Track test results in the designated tracking sheet and report findings at the weekly team check-in • Bring forward new testing ideas proactively - use competitor research, ad libraries, and performance data to inform your approach • Provide performance updates to assigned CS managers the same day they are requested • Flag accounts with sustained underperformance to the CS team proactively — do not wait to be asked • Handle client-side issues such as payment errors, ad account restrictions, and page disconnections directly with clients when needed • Escalate situations that require a structured client call to the team lead
