Retirement Plan Consultant
OneDigital
• Responsible for managing and growing a book of retirement plan clients • Designing and implementing retirement plan structures • Building trusted plan sponsor relationships • Actively communicating with clients to deliver an exceptional client experience • Developing a pipeline of prospective clients through referrals and other channels • Managing direct ownership of client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction • Providing retirement plan consulting, plan design, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance • Facilitating fiduciary training for plan sponsors • Coordinating activities of the client service team for a cohesive client experience
Job Requirements
- Growing track record of success in retirement plan consulting and/or sales
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated discipline maintaining client and pipeline information in a CRM; Salesforce preferred
- Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
- Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact of new laws for clients
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Business travel up to 25%
- Must be licensed to allow registration as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors
