• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential business conduct risks. • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support risk mitigation strategies and business decision-making. • Execute SQL queries to investigate trigger behaviors, analyze data, and provide meaningful summaries to investigative teams. • Compile, cleanse, organize, and interpret large datasets to understand business outcomes and emerging issues. • Conduct risk assessments and trend analyses, including cost-benefit evaluations and business impact assessments. • Partner with business, technology, compliance, and operational teams to deliver effective solutions. • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders across the organization. • Create and deliver presentations, dashboards, and executive updates that communicate key findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, execute, analyze, and explain query results.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, or business opportunities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a collaborative environment.
  • Preferred: Power BI experience, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
  • Preferred: Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
  • Preferred: Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
