Talent Shore

Role Description As our Business Development & Sales Executive, your core mission will be to identify, engage, and secure new business partnerships across corporate sectors, nurseries, construction industries, and community organisations. You will act as the face of our company, understanding a client’s specific operational risks and introducing our premium, tailored training solutions and consultancy services. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential B2B clients, decision-makers, and industries requiring mandatory compliance training. - Outbound Outreach: Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging local business communities. - Consultative Selling: Conduct virtual discovery meetings to assess a prospect’s unique training and H&S consultancy needs, offering tailored packages rather than one-size-fits-all products. - Relationship Management: Re-engage with historical clients, secure contract renewals, and upsell advanced courses (such as Pre-Hospital Care or specialized Fire Marshal training). - Proposal & Closing: Draft professional proposals, handle objections smoothly, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly growth targets. Qualifications - Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of sourcing your own leads and closing business-to-business deals. - Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working within or selling for the health and safety sector, compliance, or professional training courses is highly preferred. - Consultative Mindset: You are an excellent listener who asks the right questions, establishing trust and matching client pain points to our bespoke training solutions. - Self-Motivated & Driven: You thrive on autonomy, managing your pipeline efficiently from initial contact to close. - Workstyle: You are highly disciplined and comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule effectively. - Outstanding Communicator: You possess superb spoken and written English, with the confidence to pitch to business owners, HR managers, and corporate directors. Requirements - Based in the UK with a valid driving licence for occasional team meetings or client site visits. Benefits - Competitive Base Salary: Base salary (dependent on experience) plus an uncapped, rewarding commission structure to maximize your earning potential. - True Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the UK, with full autonomy over your daily schedule. - Autonomy & Growth: The opportunity to make a massive impact in a growing boutique consultancy, working directly alongside the senior leadership team. - Invaluable Training: Full onboarding regarding our course portfolio, with the opportunity to gain certified qualifications in First Aid and Health & Safety.
