Role Description We're seeking an Application Architect and in this role you will leverage your experience providing architecture for enterprise solutions on-premise and in the cloud, and to guide and contribute to Applied’s product vision by providing insights for technical design decisions. At Applied, Architects collaborate with each other and engineering teams to provide and maintain standards leveraged across software development teams to ensure our software products are highly scalable and performant with a technical design allowing for future innovation. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Role Description The Software Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, while incorporating IoT concepts into enterprise solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and hands-on leadership to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives. As a senior technical leader, you will shape Sarnova’s technology strategy and ensure our platforms deliver reliability, security, and innovation. • Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution design and technical delivery. • Drive CRM migration projects from Dynamics CRM On-Premise (8.2/9.1) to Dynamics 365 Online. • Design and implement CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, and automation solutions. • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript-based CRM extensions. • Perform large-scale data migration planning and execution using industry best practices. • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration frameworks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. • Support deployment, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
