• Evaluate calls from our Call Center and are the first point of contact for immigration clients seeking remedies • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound outreach (50+ calls daily) • Qualify leads and identify viable opportunities • Convert inquiries into consultations and retain clients through effective sales techniques • Build trust with clients while handling sensitive and high-stakes situations • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales pipelines • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and conversion rates • Uphold firm standards with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
Job Requirements
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- 2–3 years successful track record of phone sales experience
- Experience in legal intake or immigration client consultations
- Proven ability to close deals or convert leads into paying clients
- Experience working in KPI or metrics driven environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volume and multitask effectively
- Tech savvy with CRM systems and remote communication tools
- A dependable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM minimum, Core i5 or higher)
- Stable 10 Mbps connection to ensure smooth performance

• Architect, localize, and deploy learning modules for the Digital Academy, covering topics like ecommerce management, conversion optimization, channel strategy, digital marketing, commercial operations, and analytics. • Lead & build engaging, modular content and assessments (quizzes, activities, case studies) in line with business priorities and quality standards (objectives, accuracy, engagement, design, usability, assessment). • Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs across all SEA markets; coordinate launch timelines and ensure content addresses both regional and market-specific needs. • Collaborate with business leaders, internal L&D teams, external vendors and cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business goals. • Collect feedback and measure program effectiveness against defined KPIs (e.g., completion rates, course feedbacks, revisions etc.)
