Regional Commercial Strategy Specialist – Competency Development
Intrepid
• Architect, localize, and deploy learning modules for the Digital Academy, covering topics like ecommerce management, conversion optimization, channel strategy, digital marketing, commercial operations, and analytics. • Lead & build engaging, modular content and assessments (quizzes, activities, case studies) in line with business priorities and quality standards (objectives, accuracy, engagement, design, usability, assessment). • Manage end-to-end deployment of learning programs across all SEA markets; coordinate launch timelines and ensure content addresses both regional and market-specific needs. • Collaborate with business leaders, internal L&D teams, external vendors and cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business goals. • Collect feedback and measure program effectiveness against defined KPIs (e.g., completion rates, course feedbacks, revisions etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or related field.
- 3+ years in L&D, commercial capability building, or training roles, ideally in retail or ecommerce.
- Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for regional or multi-market teams.
- Solid understanding of omnichannel commerce, digital marketing, and commercial operations in Asia.
- Track record managing learning projects from concept to rollout, with measurable business results.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, SCORM/LMS, and blended learning approaches is a plus.
- English fluency required; Mandarin fluency a plus.

• Assist with a range of tasks from managing referrals from insurers and employers to arranging treatment for individuals through our supplier network • Work with some of the top case management professionals, helping to manage cases all the way from initial instruction through to completion ensuring all aspects are completed efficiently and accurately • Liaise with insurers, solicitors, employers and suppliers to take referral details, arrange treatment, and follow up with clients and customers • Create and manage case information on the bespoke system to ensure a smooth journey for clients and customers • Help manage expectations and any concerns regarding cases by developing and maintaining strong relationships with everyone involved • Use logic and deductive reasoning to establish the cause of any complaints and work quickly to resolve them • Take an empathetic and understanding approach when making decisions regarding an individual’s healthcare, taking into account the perspective of all parties
Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Coordinator
