Specialty Sales Executive, Capital Equipment
Baxter International Inc.
• Generate new sales opportunities and nurture relationships within assigned territory • Expand existing business, while maintaining current client base satisfaction • Use customer insights to develop targeted sales strategies and tailor responses to address specific customer requirements • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by leadership • Responsible for accurate and timely CRM/forecast updates • Engage in effective negotiations with customers and finalize sales • Communicate and strategize with internal customers • Lead the sales specialists and services personnel to drive new deals • Supervise the installation of new products post-delivery to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction • Ability to connect with key decision makers and consistently be on-site with customers developing relationships more than 60% of the time • Travel up to 80% of the time

- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams and projects, being responsible for sales activity, developing sales plans, understanding local market and competitive trends
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and changing needs of the business
- Strong skills within the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory (may include weekends)
- High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience (Medical device or healthcare sales preferred)
- Capital sales experience in a sophisticated decision-making environment a plus

This mature territory has over-achieved performance in the last several years and requires a smart, high-energy, and hyper-driven sales professional. This includes working with and creating new partnerships and direct sales motions, including following up on inbound sales leads, up-selling existing customers, and developing new opportunities.
