• Develop and implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion • Coordinate resource utilization and ensure work conflicts are resolved between subcontractors • Oversee performance to ensure all work complies with specifications and regulations • Provide on-site supervision • Assist foremen and crews with field events and repairs as needed and be available for extended on-site support • Assist crews with quality control and efficiency planning • Document project progress with detailed reports, notes, and photos • Maintain clear communication with project owners, architects, and the office regarding any issues or modifications • Help maintain accurate crews time for budget and payroll purposes • Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project progression meetings • Conduct site inspections, including reviewing asphalt conditions, and communicate with the General Contractor or Owner as necessary
Job Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of 5 years assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- Expertise in asphalt and concrete construction (curbs, flat work, sub-grade remediation, base/asphalt installation, and elevation)
- Post-tension experience is a plus
- Competencies with Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and electronic time capture systems
- Strong understanding of design drawings and standard installation processes
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), with Spanish proficiency a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively, particularly during peak seasons

• Prepare country contract templates • Draft and send Site Agreements or any contracts associated with sites to begin negotiations • Provide site contract execution planned timelines and site negotiation status • Send items for translation, if applicable, and receive and translate items • Review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation • Negotiate contract language and budgets with each assigned site to finalization/execution • Escalate site requests outside of preapproved parameters to the Site Contracts Lead for forwarding to the Sponsor • Escalate risks and non-responsive sites to the Site Contracts Lead or internal team, as applicable • Ensure appropriate information or appendices are added to Site Agreements or related documents when equipment is provided to sites • Create donation agreements, as applicable • Review Site Agreements or associated contracts for completeness and accuracy • Finalize contracts and budgets with sites • Perform quality checks of Site Agreements or associated documents before the signature process begins • Provide draft or signed contracts and budgets to the regulatory team for submission purposes when requested • Liaise with Worldwide Clinical Trials Legal Department, Data Privacy team, study teams, Sponsors, sites, investigators, and others as needed • Facilitate contract signatures by Worldwide Clinical Trials, when applicable • Distribute fully executed Site Agreements or associated documents to sites, eTMF, payment team, Sponsor, and post to internal SharePoint, as applicable • Negotiate Site Agreement amendment language and budgets with sites • Create termination letters or other related documents and send to sites for signature, as applicable • Maintain tracking tools with live, real-time, or regular updates for functional activities • Prioritize effectively and respond to urgent requests within the internal team or from Sponsors • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous instruction in Computer Science, Coding, Information Technology, Career Pathways, and related CTE courses for Grades 9–12 • Support students in developing technical, academic, and workplace readiness skills aligned with Arkansas College and Career Readiness Standards • Guide students through pathway-aligned coursework, including Level I, Level II, and Level III pathway completion requirements • Develop and implement project-based learning experiences that incorporate real-world applications and career connections • Support students pursuing industry-recognized certifications, dual credit opportunities, and other career-focused learning experiences • Integrate career exploration, workforce readiness, and postsecondary planning into instruction • Complete grading, progress monitoring, and student feedback in a timely manner • Develop and update Student Success Plan in collaboration with students, families, counselors, and support staff • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and increase student mastery • Provide individualized support and academic intervention as needed • Maintain accurate student records, attendance documentation, and communication logs • Collaborate with counselors, advisory teachers, and instructional staff to ensure student success • Communicate regularly with students, parents/learning coaches, and school personnel regarding academic progress and pathway completion • Support virtual community-building activities, career awareness events, pathway initiatives, and school outreach efforts • Participate in state testing administration, professional development, and school events as required • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage appointment scheduling for clinics/units and maintain calendars • Process consult intake, schedule appointments, and manage electronic waitlists • Review daily consults, recall lists, and communications for accuracy • Adjust appointments, locations, and providers to maintain clinic access and coverage • Serve as first point of contact for patients, families, and staff • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns • Provide courteous, professional, and timely service • Handle complaints and initiate resolution within required timelines (24–72 hours) • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (VA and community providers) • Support community care scheduling workflows and escalation processes • Assist patients in navigating care and making informed decisions • Input and maintain patient data in CPRS/EHR systems • Verify and update demographic and insurance information • Perform receptionist and clerical duties (messages, records, materials) • Support revenue processes by identifying insurance coverage • Maintain patient safety by verifying identity using required protocols
