Key Responsibilities - Brand Strategy and Identity — Build and own the brand guide: visual identity, voice, tone, messaging, and positioning. - CEO Personal Brand Management — Own and execute Gill's social media presence across all platforms. - Social Media Management — Manage all Limitless Agency channels: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any new platforms we expand into. - Paid Media and Acquisition Strategy — Lead paid advertising strategy and media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. - Copywriting and Offer Angles — Write conversion-focused copy for ads, email, social, landing pages, and VSLs. - Organic Growth and Lead Generation — Build an organic content strategy that attracts, nurtures, and converts ideal clients. - Video Post-Production Oversight — Partner with the video team to ensure all content meets elite production standards. - Offer and Front-End Funnel Refinement — Continuously improve the front-end offer, funnel messaging, and conversion architecture. - Creative Strategy and Campaign Development — Develop full campaign concepts from hook to conversion. - Overall Marketing Strategy — Own the quarterly marketing roadmap, channel strategy, KPI tracking, and budget allocation. - Brand Prestige and Market Positioning — Ensure Limitless Agency is positioned as the premier brand in the agency coaching space. - GHL and Marketing Tech Stack — Leverage GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, workflows, and CRM data. Qualifications - 3 to 5+ years of experience in branding, social media marketing, and marketing management with a proven track record of real results. - Deep understanding of brand strategy — you know how to build a brand from the inside out and protect brand equity at every touchpoint. - Expert-level copywriting skills in direct response, offer positioning, and sales-focused messaging. - Hands-on paid media and media buying experience on Facebook/Instagram and YouTube. - Proven organic lead generation experience — you have built and scaled organic social presence that actually drives pipeline, not vanity metrics. - Creative strategist mindset — you can develop full campaign concepts from scratch including hooks, angles, scripts, and visual direction. - Multi-platform social media mastery across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Video content and post-production direction experience — you can give clear creative direction on editing, hooks, pacing, and visual quality. - Analytics and data literacy — you make decisions based on data and can translate numbers into actionable strategy. - GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus. - Experience in the high-ticket B2B, coaching, or consulting space is a significant advantage.
