Role Description Intertek Alchemy, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is actively seeking a SaaS Account Executive to join our team in Toronto (can be REMOTE too). This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in SaaS and educational tech. As a SaaS Account Executive, your primary goal is to generate new business. With an innovative and strategic approach, you will consistently meet quotas by building your pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. What you will do: - Manage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositions - Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs - Generate and fill the pipeline with new high-quality leads and deals - Develop and qualify deals, generate leads, and manage deal closure; including cold calling, working closely with the Marketing team, and cultivating existing leads - Articulate and communicate the Alchemy value proposition to mid and c-level decision makers - Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis - Ensure accurate and up to date records of all deals are maintained in the CRM system - Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience selling enterprise SaaS products - Experience selling into manufacturing - BA/BS Degree required - Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business - Consistent over-achievement of quota - Technically adept, self-motivated, and results driven - Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments - Ability to create and develop relationships with the partner ecosystem - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to travel up to 40% of your time Requirements - Salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year - Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons - Eligible for a variety of benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement and more Benefits - Competitive compensation packages - Paid time off - Paid holidays - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - RRSP with company match - Tuition reimbursement - More benefits available

• Own and drive new business sales across your assigned territory • Take over and progress selected in-flight opportunities while building new pipeline • Manage the full sales cycle: account planning, qualification, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level • Lead complex deal cycles and coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, product, partners) • Leverage the partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and support deal execution • Negotiate and close enterprise agreements • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage deals from initial outreach through close, including discovery, demo, negotiation, and contract execution. • Drive Pipeline Creation: Actively prospect through outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to consistently build and maintain your own pipeline in addition to inbound opportunities. • Run High-Velocity Sales Motion: Handle a high volume of demos and meetings daily, managing multiple deals simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through. • Deliver Impactful Demos: Lead tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate business value and align to customer pain points. • Close Transactional Deals Efficiently: Drive urgency and momentum in deals, ensuring a streamlined and predictable sales process. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to optimize pipeline generation and conversion. • Maintain Operational Discipline: Accurately track all activities, pipeline, and forecasting in HubSpot. • Continuously Improve: Refine messaging, outbound strategies, and sales tactics based on performance and feedback in a fast-evolving GTM motion.
