• Own and drive new business sales across your assigned territory • Take over and progress selected in-flight opportunities while building new pipeline • Manage the full sales cycle: account planning, qualification, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level • Lead complex deal cycles and coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, product, partners) • Leverage the partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and support deal execution • Negotiate and close enterprise agreements • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy
Job Requirements
- Proven enterprise software sales experience (3+ years)
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record in new business generation
- Experience selling complex solutions with long sales cycles
- Background in Financial Crime (AML, Fraud, KYC)
- Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
- Strong deal orchestration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with contract negotiation and closing
- Ability to ramp quickly and impact pipeline within the first months
- Comfortable operating across multi-country territories in Europe
- Based in UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain (remote)
- Willingness to travel across the region (~2 trips per month)

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow Vasion's presence across SMB and Commercial accounts in ANZ and the broader APAC region • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner-sourced leads, and inbound demand • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across IT, operations, and finance, with an emphasis on Public Sector verticals (Education, Healthcare, Government) • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's goals, pain points, and buying criteria, and position Vasion's platform to align with their objectives • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Run product demonstrations and value-based conversations that move opportunities through the sales cycle • Work closely with our APAC channel ecosystem (Resellers, MSPs, and Distributors) to source, progress, and close partner-influenced deals • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a world-class buying experience adapted to regional business culture • Maintain accurate, up-to-date forecasts and pipeline reporting in Salesforce; leverage Outreach, Gong, and the broader tech stack to drive productivity • Manage the procurement process from quote to close, ensuring a smooth handover into onboarding and delivery • Continuously sharpen your knowledge of Vasion's platform, the competitive landscape, and your target APAC markets to position yourself as a trusted advisor
