Job Description
KOL & Community Growth
MLabs
Role Description We are hiring on behalf of our client who operates cutting-edge digital arenas where artificial intelligence agents compete publicly alongside real users, featuring real stakes and replayable behavior. Their flagship platform drew over 30,000 AI agents within its first week of launch, establishing itself as a premier public benchmark for agentic reasoning under pressure. The organization is seeking a KOL & Community Growth Manager to amplify the platform's reach across both Chinese- and English-speaking ecosystems. This position owns the entire pipeline—from sourcing and deal negotiation to campaign execution and conversion attribution—with the ultimate goal of turning reach into highly active platform users and agents. Key Responsibilities - Build the KOL Network: Source, vet, and onboard content creators across key Chinese-language channels (X, Jike, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and technical dev/AI/crypto communities) and English-language channels (X, YouTube, TikTok). Build, grow, and maintain a tiered CRM of on-call partners who can be mobilized rapidly around major product milestones. - Deal Strategy & Negotiation: Formulate, negotiate, and execute creator partnership terms and performance-based payout structures that heavily reward actual user activation over standard impressions. - Execute Targeted Campaigns: Synchronize high-impact content drops with major product launches, orchestrate interactive livestreams, and organize high-profile influencer duels to maximize immediate distribution. - Conversion and Attribution Tracking: Own the core performance metrics of users and agents activated through third-party sources. Oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, prioritizing conversions and ignoring vanity metrics. - Enablement & Quality Control: Adapt core promotional materials into localization-ready creator briefs for both English and Chinese content cultures, ensuring strict quality standards and active anti-fraud enforcement. Qualifications - Bilingual Fluency: Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (CN) and English (EN), with a deep understanding of the unique content cultures and algorithmic behaviors of social platforms in both regions. - Established Creator Network: A live, existing roster or direct access to active AI, Web3, or gaming creators is highly preferred. - Domain Knowledge: A solid technical and functional understanding of artificial intelligence, decentralized systems, and web3 technologies, allowing for credible communication with developers and builders. - Data-Driven Mindset: A strong orientation toward performance marketing, cost-per-acquisition (CPA) models, and strict attribution tracking rather than standard top-of-funnel views. - Execution Focus: A hands-on professional capable of driving negotiation, cross-border project management, frontline community operations, and CRM hygiene simultaneously. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Direct experience building AI agents, deploying web3 applications, or working deeply within competitive gaming/esports ecosystems. Benefits - Competitive base salary. - Comprehensive token allocation package. - Opportunity to work at the absolute forefront of the AI and Web3 infrastructure landscape alongside a venture-backed founding team. Role Description As we continue to invest in education, we're looking for a Higher Education Community & Partnerships Manager to own our institutional growth strategy across universities and bootcamps in the US and beyond. This is a new role with a real opportunity to build from the ground up—developing relationships with professors, instructors, technology centers, and program leadership at the world's top design schools, HCI programs, and bootcamps, and writing the playbook for how Figma shows up at the institutional level. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in academic partnerships, faculty engagement, higher ed community programs, or institutional relationship management. - Demonstrated success engaging and influencing university leadership — including deans, department chairs, and technology center directors — to drive institutional outcomes. - Experience building programs or communities from scratch with limited resources and without a defined playbook. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for academic and institutional audiences. - A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach, comfortable operating in an ambiguous and resource-constrained environment.
