Job Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience
- Channel partner understanding with familiarity working with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers
- Relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities
- Balanced approach to understanding partner needs and clients' objectives
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets
- Organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Clear communicator who writes professional emails and leads productive calls/videos
- CRM proficiency with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
