Role Description The Security Engineering & Operations team (SecEngOps) within Infrastructure Security helps other teams across InfoSec, Compliance, and Partner Product teams to protect Block systems, users & customers. This includes: - Encouraging employees to behave securely - Identifying security threats - Responding to incidents As Block grows and expands, cyber security will play an increasingly important role in preventing disruption and protecting our reputation. • Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions based on business and security requirements. • Design and deploy Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) use cases. • Configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Governance Groups, Lifecycle States, Access Requests, and Approval Workflows. • Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes. • Develop and implement SailPoint Transforms for identity attribute mappings, username generation, account correlation, and business logic requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint Cloud Rules including Identity Attribute Rules, Before Provisioning Rules, After Provisioning Rules, Connector Rules, and other cloud-executed rule types. • Onboard applications using SailPoint connectors, APIs, and custom integration patterns. • Configure and troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, certification, and access review processes. • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and hypercare activities. • Prepare technical design documents, implementation guides, runbooks, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver IAM solutions.

• Responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating security vulnerabilities in applications. • Work closely with development teams to integrate security practices into the SDLC. • Application security testing (SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, containers, APIs, IAST, MAST, fuzzing), CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring; • Vulnerability management; • Monitoring and responding to application-related security incidents; • Knowledge of secure coding practices and security-focused source code reviews; • Application Security Posture Management (ASPM); • Assessment of application security process maturity and DevSecOps culture; • Comfortable engaging with professionals from other disciplines.
