Affiliate Marketing Manager

• Recruit new affiliates, influencers, and referral partners. • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. • Onboard and train affiliates on our programs and offers. • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners. • Track affiliate performance and optimize results. • Develop strategies to increase affiliate activation and sales. • Maintain affiliate databases and reporting systems. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve partner success.

Job Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
