Role Description VulnCheck is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to own recruiting across our most complex and competitive hiring segments, from niche technical roles (cybersecurity researchers, exploit developers, software engineers) to post-sales and go-to-market functions (Customer Success Engineers, TAMs, Sales Engineers, Sales, and Marketing). This is a full-cycle, sourcing-heavy role for someone who moves fast, builds trust with hiring managers, and raises the bar on every hire. You'll sit at the intersection of execution and partnership, managing pipelines across multiple functions simultaneously while contributing to how we build the talent program at VulnCheck. This is a 100% remote role with preference for candidates in the Greater Boston or Austin, TX region, and will report to the Director of Talent. What You’ll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and go-to-market functions — Engineering, Research, Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Sales — from kickoff through offer close and pre-onboarding. - Drive proactive, multi-channel sourcing for hard-to-fill roles: Senior Software Engineers, Vulnerability Researchers, Exploit Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Account Managers. - Partner closely with hiring managers across US and UK teams to define roles, structure interviews, calibrate bar, and move decisively. - Manage candidate experience end-to-end: scheduling, communication, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation, and pre-start coordination. - Maintain clean pipeline data in Greenhouse and deliver regular updates on role status, market signals, and hiring velocity. - Contribute to compensation conversations, leveling calibrations, and role scoping as teams evolve. - Support onboarding coordination for new hires across your functions. - Partner with the Director of Talent on people programs and ad hoc HR operational needs. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success across both technical and GTM/post-sales functions. - Proven ability to recruit in cybersecurity or adjacent deep-tech markets — you know the talent landscape, the communities, and what a strong candidate looks like. - A proactive sourcer at heart, where you build pipelines before requisitions open and find people who aren't looking. - Strong stakeholder instincts; hiring managers trust your read on candidates and process, and you push back when bar is being lowered. - Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving startup (Series A–C) where ownership is expected and ambiguity is normal. - Excellent candidate management and communication skills, where candidates feel well-supported even when the answer is no. Preferred Qualifications - Experience recruiting across both technical and commercial functions within the same company or role. - Familiarity with cybersecurity-specific roles: vulnerability researchers, offensive security practitioners, exploit developers, or AI/ML engineers. - Experience with Customer Success Engineers, TAMs, Solutions Engineers, or other post-sales technical roles. - Greenhouse ATS experience. - Some exposure to HR generalist or HRBP work — not required, but valued. - Experience hiring across US, UK, and/or APAC markets. Benefits - Unlimited PTO. - 401k plan with company match. - Comprehensive healthcare coverage. - Generous paid parental leave. - Remote friendly environment with flexibility. - Expense reimbursement for Cell Phone & Internet. - Ongoing professional development, coaching, and learning resources. - Opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing team. Compensation We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our Talent Team can answer questions around VulnCheck’s total rewards during your interview process.
