Marketing Design Operations Manager
ClickHouse
• Help lead the visual direction and design execution for key internal and external events: booths, summits, meetups, product launches, and more • Concept and create assets across physical and digital formats: signage, backdrops, swag, motion, slides, social content, and promos • Collaborate closely with event producers, marketing, and design peers to align messaging and creative vision • Translate technical ideas and themes into powerful visual stories • Develop illustration and motion styles that elevate the brand and set the tone for each event • Ensure consistency with ClickHouse brand guidelines while evolving the aesthetic for high-impact moments • Work across time zones and teams—collaborating with marketers, engineers, writers, and execs • Manage timelines, feedback, and delivery in coordination with design ops and project partners • Occasionally travel for major events to oversee execution and capture real-world visuals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a designer with a strong portfolio of event, experiential, or campaign design
- Expertise in illustration, visual storytelling, and brand expression
- Ability to set a creative vision and execute hands-on—across formats, sizes, and media
- Experience designing for both physical and digital environments (event booths, keynote decks, social assets, etc)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, and spatial design
- Confident working in Figma, Adobe CS (Illustrator, After Effects), and motion tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable presenting ideas and taking feedback
- Experience working in distributed/global teams
- Unafraid to push boundaries and make a visual impact.

• Manage the daily operational logistics of the intra-Kobie team respective to the client assigned. • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of organization procedures according to objectives and apply improvements. • Working with client services team and technology team on the implementation and tracking of client’s requirements for program success • Help maintain effective working relationships with affiliate client organization, and other members of the Kobie Team. • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize program delivery and ensure seamless integration of third-party services. • Establish and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of projects/objectives. • Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance scalability. • Proactively address operational challenges and resolve issues to minimize impact on customer experience. • Support the creation and execution of client programs. • Aid with program, client, and intra-team logistics. • Support strategic vision and the sustainability of programming. • Lead program and support including facilitation, leading discussions, delivering results and success. • Build on program initiatives to drive additional impact through program results, growth, and/or creation of additional revenue impacting development. • Serve as point of contact and maintain positive and effective relationships with client, internal client team, and others as required. • Develop and implement strategic plans for loyalty rewards programs, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. • Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Oversee the end-to-end execution of rewards programs and deliverables.
• Support project planning for international initiatives. • Support international event planning and execution. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from field teams and implementing enhancements that better serve them. • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross team projects to support international staff. • Maintain and update operational policies to support international teams. • Manage administrative tasks within digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace). • Provide recruiting and onboarding administrative support. • Maintain meeting minutes and documentation for the Operations Team. • Coordinate calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones. • Conduct quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications. • Manage logistics for care packages and essential supplies to support international staff. • Equip international staff through training on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
