• This position serves as a recruitment system support specialist for the Workforce Administration team within WVU Talent and Culture. • This position will use WVU’s recruiting tool, Taleo, to create and post new positions to be filled at WVU and will complete processes to finalize offers to selected candidates and ensure that new hires are seamlessly onboarded into the WVU Payroll System. • This position will resolve complex and difficult cases that are received via phone, email, the HR portal, or other access channels that pertain to the hiring process. • The incumbent will use case management tools to respond and track inquiries, using judgment, experience and knowledge and using independent thinking abilities. • Collaborates with Center of Excellence to resolve new hire issues. • Collaborates with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner. • Serves as a resource to Shared Services Center Customer Care Agents to help ensure a high percentage of first time call resolution for customers. • Supports the onboarding process for Taleo new hires by responding to questions related to completing forms and documents in the Taleo onboarding modules. • Provides assistance to new hire with any onboarding system navigation questions. • Executes new hires from Taleo to Salesforce once all needed documentation is provided. • Develops, maintains and runs standard reports. • Suggests and initiates process improvement initiatives based on findings. • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

• Provide direct consulting entailing information and referral services to JAN customers including individuals with disabilities, rehabilitation professionals, and others. • Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries from rehabilitation professionals, individuals with disabilities or functional limitations, and their family members. • Process incoming accommodation inquires for rehabilitation professionals, individuals with a disability or functional limitations and their family members especially those pertaining to the prescribed specialty area. • Solicit information from caller to assess functional limitations of the potential worker or student with a disability, the work site, the work environment, and the job task specifications. • Determine areas of caller concern regarding implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or other relevant legislation and provide required information. • Creatively determines strategies to solve customer’s challenges. • Provide information regarding job accommodations and technical assistance on requesting accommodation. • Provide follow-up support for recipients of information, as needed. • Conduct research to fulfill JAN customer demands.

• Create, manage and maintain course shells within the LMS, ensuring consistency, organization, and ease of navigation for users. • Collaborate with instructional designers, instructors, and content creators to upload, review, revise, and organize course materials. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course shells and user access. • Support and coordinate the transition process of master course shells to live sections of a course each semester. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, training coordinators, and subject matter experts, to maintain, update and improve online course material. • Offer ongoing support to address questions, concerns, and technical issues related to the LMS and related technology. • Support and continuously refine accessible course delivery within the learning management system (LMS) by applying an understanding of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II Regulations and accessibility guidelines. • Contribute to instructional design projects based on departmental needs and project demand. • Collaborate with programs and instructional designers to ensure course quality, support continuous improvement efforts, assist with instructor training, and contribute to strategies that support student retention and program growth. • Plan, design, develop, and deploy instructional materials in an online format, independently or as part of a collaborative design team. • Support the development and maintenance of instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and continuous quality improvement efforts. • Support and enhance the design, development, and delivery of online courses by applying knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and accessibility standards. • Maintain relationships with other instructional support services to best serve our constituents. • Assist in the development, distribution and enforcement of instructional design policies and procedures. • Other Duties as Assigned.

• Design and develop network architecture, including LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing protocols, and IP addressing schemes. • Evaluate and recommend network equipment, software, and tools to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand network needs and develop network upgrade strategies. • Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. • Implement network protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and network security measures. • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize network infrastructure. • Conduct regular network capacity planning and recommend necessary upgrades. • Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. • Lead and mentor junior network engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.

• Provide strategic leadership and operation oversight of all information technology systems and CRM platforms supporting enrollment management • Ensure the effective use of technology, data, and system integrations to optimize recruitment, admissions, financial awarding and disbursing, and other enrollment management processes • Manage CRM systems: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the University’s robust enrollment management CRM • Provide strategic vision and enhancement planning to enrollment technologies and platforms • Collaborate with other Enrollment Management teams to support, analyze and streamline admissions and recruitment workflows • Supervise and mentor IT and CRM staff

• Leads the Revenue Management unit within Enrollment Management • Provides strategic leadership and oversight for student financial account operations • Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant administration of student accounts • Responsible for accounting, reporting, reconciling, and analyzing student-based revenue • Directs and manages all student accounts functions including billing, collections, cash management, and reconciliation • Creates reports and forecasts for University-wide decisions on cash flow • Monitors student accounts receivable and implements strategies to reduce outstanding balances • Prepares dashboard reporting for presentations to senior management • Oversees payment processing systems • Manages a team of professional staff and ensures high productivity • Establishes short- and long-term goals; mentors and coaches staff • Collaborates with ITS to maintain system functionality and upgrades

• Assists with the application administration for P2P systems • This includes, but is not limited to, developing and performing test plans, coordinating testing with functional users, and documenting results • Work with other technical support groups, both internal and external, to provide solutions to the P2P team and its customer’s technology requests and needs • Assists in the implementation of P2P systems projects • Assists with identifying functionality issues, document potential solutions, and work with other technical support groups, both internal and external, to provide solutions to the P2P teams and its customer’s technology requests and needs • Complete various process improvement projects utilizing system functionality • Help to streamline P2P business functions and guide all groups to implement and comply with best practices and workflows • Support, and cross-train areas of responsibility to other P2P team members in like business practices and how they relate to the systems’ purpose • Assist with the mining and compiling data, report writing • Assist with dashboard development across all sections of P2P systems

• Serve as primary application administration for P2P systems. • This includes, but is not limited to, leading the developing and performing test plans, coordinating testing with key functional users, and documenting results. • Work with other technical support groups, both internal and external, to provide solutions to the P2P team and its customer’s technology requests and needs. • Service as project lead on P2P systems projects, leading cross functional teams. • Incumbent will identify functionality issues, document potential solutions, and work with other technical support groups, both internal and external, to provide solutions to the P2P teams and its customer’s technology requests and needs. • Incumbent will be assigned various process improvement projects utilizing system functionality. • This may require enhancing current system capabilities and developing tools to access intended results. • Work to streamline P2P business functions and guide all groups to implement and comply with best practices and workflows. • Develop, support, and cross-train areas of responsibility to other P2P team members in like business practices and how they relate to the systems’ purpose. • Strong customer service skills are necessary to work with end users having a wide range of system usage skill set. • Incumbent will need to have strong knowledge of business practices within procurement, construction services, and facilities management practices in order to provide excellent customer support. • Incumbent will serve as the lead in mining and compiling data, report writing, and dashboard development across all sections of P2P systems.
