International Operations Associate
Launch Global
• Support project planning for international initiatives. • Support international event planning and execution. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from field teams and implementing enhancements that better serve them. • Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Staff Engagement departments on cross team projects to support international staff. • Maintain and update operational policies to support international teams. • Manage administrative tasks within digital platforms (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace). • Provide recruiting and onboarding administrative support. • Maintain meeting minutes and documentation for the Operations Team. • Coordinate calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones. • Conduct quality assurance reviews of operational documents and communications. • Manage logistics for care packages and essential supplies to support international staff. • Equip international staff through training on operational procedures, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Raise and maintain 105% of your monthly financial support goal.
- Required domestic travel within the U.S. to collaborate with other departments.

• Coordinates and helps drive Americas sales forecasting and planning processes on behalf of the SVP, Americas Sales. • Proactively monitors and ensures a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the sales organizational forecasting and planning efforts. • Elevate the standard and as needed assist in the coordination and quality of sales planning activities, QBRs, Pipeline Reviews, and MEDDPPICC-driven deal reviews. • Lead the execution of data-driven sales strategies, ensuring that sales leaders have the right information to make timely and informed decisions. • Provide presentations with concise analysis, trending, and insights as to how to improve sales performance, productivity, and sales pipeline.
