Job Description

Rural Health & Workforce Engagement Executive

OCHIN

• Lead the engagement design, launch, and enrollment processes • Be the bridge between strategy, operations, partnerships, and the rural transformation & workforce team • Socialize program offerings that meet engagement and enrollment metrics and outcomes • Work with a multidisciplinary team to identify, educate and enroll members into programs • Cultivate strong relationships with participating hospitals, clinics, and provider partners • Drive provider onboarding, engagement performance management, and issue resolution • Ensure alignment across analytics, IT infrastructure, data flows, and tools to support reporting

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry
  • Residents of California will be given priority
  • Demonstrated business management experience
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling initiatives that meet or exceed goals
  • Experience building and managing member relationships
  • Strong operational and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to connect healthcare technology solutions and workforce programs with end users that creates meaning and adoption
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Executive presence and ability to represent the organization externally
  • Mission-oriented, collaborative mindset
