• Managing the complete life cycle of the mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post closing, and warehouse management • Developing processes and procedures, training, and managing all levels of personnel • Extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, with a strong understanding of various mortgage products such as FHA/VA, USDA, CONV, JUMBO, Non-QM, State Bond, and HELOC • Building business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers
