Ulteig
• The Product Manager II is responsible for the execution of digital products that enable Ulteig’s business. • This role translates business needs and customer insights into actionable products and clear product requirements. • The Product Manager owns the product lifecycle by defining the strategic “why” and “what” in the roadmap. • Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Ulteig’s strategic objectives and customer needs. • Validate MVPs and early concepts, and ensure successful execution through effective stakeholder collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, program management, project management, or agile practice management
- Proven success managing complex products or programs in a matrix organization.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (specifically, Power Apps) is preferred.
- Knowledge of data structures (AI architecture, SQL, API understanding, and data pipelines) is preferred.

• You will support the product marketing team in managing our brand portfolio, including product launches, relaunches and product announcements • You will assist in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and coordinate promotional and activation campaigns • You will analyze market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities • You will help plan and coordinate successful product launches through close collaboration with various departments • You will contribute to analyzing performance metrics to increase revenue and profitability
