• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR system enhancements and new functionality. • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. • Administer and maintain HRIS data, including employee records, compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and job updates. • Support annual compensation activities, including merit increases, bonus planning, and compensation statement generation. • Develop test plans, execute test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements. • Troubleshoot Oracle issues, provide production support, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams. • Perform data audits and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data. • Support data uploads using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and perform SQL queries for reporting and analysis. • Collaborate with HR, management, and external consultants on HR technology initiatives and process improvements. • Prepare HRIS-related documentation, training materials, and user communications. • Recommend improvements to HR processes and system functionality. • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. • Build out Oracle AI functionality in support of key business initiatives

• Conceptually and technically develop new and revised insurance programs in response to emerging issues and changing commercial auto marketplace. • Provide strategic thought leadership on Commercial Auto and Commercial Umbrella lines of business. • Gauge impacts on insurance programs and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with product strategy leaders and compliance experts. • Engage with customers and respond to their feedback. • Participate in panels and other customer forums, represent products, and prepare presentations or articles.

• Draft policy language and develop manual rules that guide insurers in issuing and rating policies. • Review laws, regulations and case law for impact on ISO products and insurer procedures. • Develop policy language and rules for major program updates that provide valuable insurance enhancements to products used by the entire insurance industry. • Review state laws and requirements and make revisions to ensure program updates are compliant and relevant in each state. • Leverage insurance expertise and researching skills to provide timely, thoughtful responses to insurer inquiries. • Develop and present items to panels of insurers on emerging trends and potential revisions. • Collaborate with all stakeholders including Product Development, Law Department, Government Relations, Actuarial, etc.

• Prepare filings and objection responses in SERFF and/or FilingRamp for multiple states and jurisdictions to ensure timely approval and implementation of ISO's regulatory filings of insurance program coverage forms, manuals, pricing and related products. • Ensure the necessary filing forms/certification forms/checklists are included prior to submission of filings and that the appropriate filing mechanics are applied. • Monitor SERFF and e-mail for incoming objections and communicate these to the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses. Request and communicate extensions when needed. • Communicate with Insurance department and Bureau staff regarding filings, objections and inquiries.

• Supporting and driving the sales effort through the development and delivery of customer presentations, collateral, proofs-of-concept and other materials. • Presenting product concepts, product solutions, and consulting with customers on best practices as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Managing pricing, proposals, contracting, packaging and bundling, and product enhancement strategies. • Forecasting and budgeting of product-level and customer-level revenues and reporting to senior management on results and underlying trends. • Contributing to the product vision and roadmap on a multi-year basis through Voice-of-Customer to ensure the product is anticipating market needs and growing YoY revenue to double-digits. • Balancing multiple deadlines with simultaneous projects and tasks. • Working both independently and with a team • Being self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
