Role Description The Product Content Manager will orchestrate the end-to-end operational processes for our product portfolio, from ideation to launch and iteration. This role is pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data to enhance product delivery and performance. You'll be the operational architect ensuring our products not only meet market demands but exceed them through seamless execution and continuous improvement. - Manage content localization and adaptation for international markets, including translation oversight and cultural relevance. - Collaborate with product, design, and UX teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and integration with site architecture. - Coordinate with product, retention, tech, design, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth product launches and feature rollouts. - Oversee multimedia content production, including texts, images, videos, and infographics, coordinating with photographers and videographers as needed. - Manage product operations tools and tech stack (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) to enhance collaboration and productivity across teams. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience working on the SoftSwiss platform, with hands-on involvement in product operations, integrations, or workflow optimizations. - Strong attentiveness to detail and a high sense of responsibility, ensuring accurate execution of processes and timely delivery of operational goals. - Excellent critical thinking skills, demonstrated through the ability to analyze complex problems, anticipate risks, and develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments. - B1 level English; additional languages (e.g., French, German) is a plus. Requirements - Familiarity with content analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies. - Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting. Role Description This position is part of the NBA Social & Digital Content team which focuses on identifying, creating, distributing and publishing content to the NBA's social and digital platforms and its many domestic and international partners throughout the world.
