• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. • Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. • Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering self-organization, continuous learning, and a strong Agile mindset across the organization. • Monitor team performance by interpreting Agile metrics and reporting frameworks, delivering insights on productivity, velocity, quality, and overall progress. • Design and implement tools and processes to evaluate Scrum adoption, drive continuous improvement, and enhance team effectiveness. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment. • Develop and manage communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing strategies (e.g., wikis, tools) while incorporating stakeholder feedback into process improvements.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of scrum master or project management experience
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment
- Strong growth mindset, with a focus on agility and continuous development of self and others
- Ability to execute and deliver results, including effective planning, implementation, and ongoing support
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (preferred)
- Experience with AI related projects (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
