The candidate should be skilled in managing software development projects, senior consulting, reporting, and analytics tools and communicate effectively with executive leadership. Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Responsibilities - Prepare lean business cases, feature canvases, feature specifications, and feature performance dashboards. - Provide guidance and recommendations in transitioning to SAFe methodology to deliver Integrated Healthcare solutions. - Serve as a scrum master on the Agile Release Train (ART). - Define and deliver metrics for the ART performance. - Assist agile teams in understanding SAFe and Agile methodology, processes, artifacts, and ceremonies. - Prepare management reports and presentations. - Prepare standard project documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, define requirements and scope documents, and define roles and responsibilities. - Collaborate with other project leads to ensure resources are fully utilized.
