Job Description
Senior Product Manager, Payments
Aiwyn
• Own Payments strategy and the P&L. Set the direction for Aiwyn's flagship product and own the results. • Own the roadmap. Decide what we build and in what order, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship what firms actually adopt. • Own our banking and payments partnerships. Build and manage the relationships that power processing and money movement. • Go deep with customers. Sit with firms, own the most important accounts, and turn what you learn into product wins and retention. • Partner cross-functionally to execute. Work with a dedicated execution PM, engineering, and design to ship, and with sales, CS, and marketing to bring it to market.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience
- Payments, fintech, or money-movement experience: you understand processing, billing, or banking partnerships well enough to make strategic calls without a ramp
- You've owned a product as a business: strategy, roadmap, and a revenue or P&L outcome you can point to
- Excellent product roadmapping: you can figure out which problems are worth solving, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate your thinking with clarity
- Execution chops: you know how to ship software, keep teams aligned, and course-correct when things go sideways
- An incredible trajectory: you're becoming a domain expert in everything you touch, and you bring clarity and energy to every room you're in

- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Stock options
- 401(k) matching
- Adventure Travel Stipend on each anniversary of your employment with Aiwyn
