EA – Product Manager

• Manage the executives calendar, inbox, priorities, and daily task list • Track open projects, deadlines, blockers, and follow-ups across the business! • Help move software development projects forward from idea to launch • Turn founder/client requests into clear tasks, tickets, specs, and action items • Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors, and internal team members • Run weekly project check-ins and maintain notes, owners, deadlines, and next steps • QA completed development work and flag bugs, missing requirements, or UX issues • Organize product feedback from customers, internal users, and stakeholders • Maintain project boards in tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Linear • Create SOPs, meeting notes, project briefs, and internal documentation • Follow up with team members to make sure work is completed on time • Assist with other executive, operational, and product-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator
- Hands on experience in a Product Management capacity (preferably for US SaaS team)
- Experience supporting a founder, executive, or fast-moving small business team
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable coordinating with technical teams, developers, or product teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing projects in tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Linear, or Notion
- High attention to detail and ability to spot gaps, blockers, and inconsistencies
- Comfortable working independently and proactively pushing projects forward
- Ability to work full-time in EST business hours
