• Lead the strategy and evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization • Ship billing as a product including invoicing and payment processes • Steward the accounts foundation for sign-up and authentication • Build and lead pricing and packaging experimentation programs • Partner with Finance to develop sustainable pricing approaches • Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders for alignment on priorities

• Own Netlify’s self-serve funnel • Build the measurement foundation • Stand up an experimentation practice • Raise activation • Grow conversion • Build a self-serve expansion motion • Partner with GTM on the handoff • Set the funnel roadmap

• Own Netlify’s day-to-day social presence across X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord, and other priority channels. • Build and manage the social calendar by maintaining a content calendar. • Monitor the broader builder ecosystem to find, celebrate, and amplify people building with Netlify. • Use platform behavior and social algorithms to improve reach, engagement, and defined performance metrics.

• Own a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, consistently generating pipeline through outbound efforts, PLG signals, and partnership opportunities • Drive new business and expansion opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America • Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, digital teams, and business stakeholders to navigate developer-focused sales cycles • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive technical validation and long-term account growth • Help customers understand modern composable architectures, AI-native development workflows, and Netlify's differentiated platform approach • Leverage product usage data, AI trends, and customer signals to prioritize opportunities and create urgency • Identify and develop expansion opportunities from self-serve and product-led adoption signals • Operate with strong discipline around forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution • Contribute to the evolution of our sales motion by bringing energy, ideas, customer feedback, and market insight back into the organization • Turn product and AI market momentum into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and stakeholders • Ensure a cohesive and effective user experience • Own and evolve marketing design system • Actively give and receive feedback • Lead and participate in usability testing • Navigate multiple work streams effectively • Maintain public facing assets

• Own key components of the month-end close process, including prepaids, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, lease schedules, accruals, intercompany eliminations, and various other balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GAAP • Build, iterate on, and maintain reliable reconciliation, reporting, and close documentation processes • Prepare journal entries with clear supporting documentation and a strong understanding of underlying accounting principles • Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting • Perform detailed balance sheet account analyses, identifying discrepancies and proactively resolving issues • Partner closely with the Controller to manage close timelines, address technical accounting questions, and support audit readiness • Collaborate with our AP consultant on payables-related workflows and reconciliations • Work cross-functionally with the Revenue, Billing, and FP&A teams to answer accounting questions, investigate variances, and ensure financial alignment • Assist with payroll operations and related accounting, including bonus and commission accruals • Support ad hoc accounting projects, process improvements, and system enhancements as the company scales • Leverage systems, automation, and emerging technologies, including AI, to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
