• Perform regular website reviews to identify functional, formatting, visual, or usability issues. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including formatting errors, broken elements, or potential security concerns. • Support basic website maintenance for a Wix-based site. • Execute occasional content updates, such as adding articles, new information, or minor page edits. • Proactively recommend improvements to the website’s structure, functionality, or visual presentation. • Respond to urgent website issues as needed, including potential hacking or site disruption concerns. • Ensure the website remains professional, accessible, and aligned with the client’s needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience maintaining or updating websites, preferably using Wix.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic website issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements without being heavily directed.
- Reliable communication and responsiveness when website support is needed.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, as-needed support arrangement.
- Prior experience supporting small business, professional services, or content-based websites.
- Familiarity with website security best practices.
- Basic understanding of website formatting, layout, and user experience.
- Experience uploading or formatting articles, blogs, or similar website content.
