• Client Engagement: Lead outreach and conduct interviews with clients to capture their business challenges, implementation journeys, and measurable successes. • Case Studies & Awards: Translate client interviews into high-impact case studies, whitepapers, and compelling submissions for industry spotlight awards. • Partner Marketing: Collaborate directly with partner marketing teams to co-author newsletters, coordinate joint marketing collateral, and ensure brand alignment. • Digital Touchpoints: Keep the company website and social media channels current, ensuring our newest client wins and partner milestones are prominently featured. • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and happy hours—including managing promotional branded swag, drafting press releases, and coordinating speaker logistics. • Future Marketing Initiatives: As our marketing footprint expands, assist in reviving and scaling our email marketing (monthly newsletters) and webinar programs—helping with registration logistics, deck creation, and performance tracking. • Content Drafting: Leverage AI platforms to brainstorm creative campaign angles, draft initial outlines for success stories, and refine copy for different target audiences. • Visual Generation: Utilize modern AI design tools to generate quick visuals, social media graphics, and templates to speed up the content creation process. • Process Optimization: Apply AI tools to streamline internal workflows, automate administrative marketing tasks, and analyze data to make our marketing processes faster and more efficient.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. We welcome ambitious recent graduates with relevant internship backgrounds as well as professionals with 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional written communication skills. You know how to ask the right questions to turn a technical project into an engaging, human-centric success story.
- Project Ownership: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple timelines—like balancing an award submission deadline with a monthly newsletter release.
- Marketing Toolkit: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management, and basic Website CMS (e.g., Webflow, etc).
- Forward-Thinking: A strong interest or experience in cloud/SaaS industries is preferred, and an eagerness to integrate AI tools into your daily marketing workflows to boost productivity.

JOB FUNCTIONS Lock Desk Support/Administrative Functions - Supports the lock desk by assisting loan originators with pricing scenarios, product inquiries, and general questions about systems and or policies. - Reviews and processes lock requests, lock confirmations, change requests, repricing/renegotiation and extension requests adhering to Silverton Pricing Policies. - Reviews and Processes Best Effort locks within our Investor portals to insure accurate updates and file delivery. - Implements/monitors/removes pricing changes in anticipation of market movements to ensure margins are met. - Observes for pricing engine errors or inconstancies and notifies management of any potential fixes needed. - Conducts Product and Pricing training as needed for new loan originators. Reports and Audits - Reviews daily locked pipeline for erroneous/accurate coverage and alerts management of any concerns. - Tests For Pricing accuracy for new product rolls, investor updates to rate sheet/eligibility, new pricing engines, or any other analytical need surrounding pricing. - Sends out pipeline status emails, reviews pipeline for inactive files that affect pull through numbers. - Analyzes loan status/data entry from overnight reports, correcting any erroneous data. - Ensures appropriate actions are taken in locked loan pipeline (extensions, expirations, relocks). - Verifies House Loans are flagged correctly in the Loan Operating System. Process Management - Updates and maintains departmental policies and procedures as well as any other necessary training materials. - Develops new processes to improve business functions. - Enters Secondary Investor commitments. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Years of Related Experience: 1-2 years in mortgage industry.
