• Own the "understanding" phase of the product lifecycle, identifying user pain points and business opportunities before any solution is designed. • Plan and conduct qualitative interviews and quantitative studies to gather actionable insights. • Lead user testing and interview sessions to validate hypotheses and prototypes directly with B2B clients. • Transform raw data into UX artifacts such as User Journey Maps, Personas, and Service Blueprints to guide the development team. • Manage the full design cycle for new features, from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. • Analyze existing functionalities and propose UX improvements to reduce friction and enhance user efficiency. • Produce high-fidelity screens and detailed specifications in Figma, ensuring the development team has everything needed for precise implementation. • Build interactive prototypes to test usability and communicate complex flows to stakeholders. • Partner with Product, Business, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure design solutions align with technical constraints and business goals.

• Own Sentinel's product backlog end-to-end — grooming, prioritization, dependency management, and sprint readiness. • Ensure 100% of items entering a sprint have clearly defined acceptance criteria, eliminating rework caused by scope ambiguity. • Frame backlog items as testable hypotheses where appropriate, keeping delivery connected to Sentinel's PMF learning agenda and ensuring the team knows what success looks like each cycle. • Lead sprint ceremonies — planning, refinement, review, and retrospectives — adapting agile practices pragmatically to what the team actually needs. • Translate strategic direction from the CTO into clear, well-scoped stories, asking the right clarifying questions upfront to prevent rework downstream. • Proactively initiate and structure discovery work every sprint cycle — user feedback synthesis, assumption mapping, delivery retrospectives — and bring evidence-based recommendations to the CTO. • Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification during development, unblocking engineers quickly and protecting sprint integrity. • Define, monitor, and report on delivery health KPIs through Jira — including sprint predictability, defect leakage, and cycle time — giving the CTO continuous visibility into Sentinel's delivery quality. • Contribute actively to roadmap and product direction conversations, bringing a grounded, delivery-informed perspective to strategic discussions.

• Design, develop, and ship AI-powered features into BotCity's product, owning the full technical lifecycle from scoping to deployment and monitoring. • Build production-ready AI components with proper engineering standards: clean code, testing, versioning, observability, and integration into existing infrastructure. • Establish AI engineering practices for the team — evaluation frameworks, monitoring approaches, deployment patterns — that will scale as the AI footprint grows. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to identify where AI creates the most meaningful user value and translate those opportunities into technical proposals. • Define and monitor technical health metrics for AI components in production, proactively identifying and resolving reliability or quality issues. • Stay current with relevant AI research and tooling developments and proactively propose how new techniques can be applied to BotCity's product. • Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions, helping elevate the engineering team's understanding of AI capabilities and limitations. • Document AI components and decisions clearly to enable knowledge sharing and future maintainability.
