Senior Field Marketing Manager
BLACKCLOAK
• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans to generate leads and support sales objectives. • Plan and execute field events collaborating with our events coordinator, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and roadshows. • Manage our relationships with third party influencer organizations to build programs that extend our credibility and drive demand such as TAG Cyber and others. • Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to build and manage customer engagement through regional customer advisory boards and other customized events. • Manage field marketing budgets and track ROI. • Collaborate with sales teams and the digital marketing team to integrate field and regional digital campaigns that drive measurable impact. • Analyze field marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. • Create and implement joint marketing programs with partners as part of the sales team’s regional programs, including co-branded content, webinars, events, and lead generation campaigns. • Manage partner communications and ensure consistent messaging on the partner portal. • Track and analyze partner program performance, providing regular reports on key metrics. • Foster strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in partner marketing and/or field marketing, with at least 5 years at the Manager level.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner and field marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partner management.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, Asana).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
