Job Description

Logistics and Distribution Analyst

Tandem Diabetes Care

• Support corporate shipment and inventory fulfillment needs • Manage and continuously improve global logistics processes • Maintain order‑to‑cash management • Provide analytical support for inventory management • Manage third‑party logistics providers • Develop, implement, and maintain service contracts and compliance documentation • Lead negotiations with transportation partners • Support strategic planning for new market entry • Manage global material transportation processes • Collaborate cross‑functionally for workflow improvement

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of global shipping concepts
  • High analytical aptitude
  • Strong ERP knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
