Role Description We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Creative Strategy to join our growing DTC e-commerce brand. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience working with larger DTC/e-commerce brands who can integrate into the role quickly without requiring heavy training or onboarding. We want someone who can bring new ideas, systems, experience, and insights into the company. What We're Looking For - Deep understanding of: - Customer psychology - Product positioning - Direct response marketing - Creative strategy - Consumer behavior - Trend analysis - Data interpretation - Scaling ads through creative - Strong experience with: - Meta/Facebook Ad Manager - Northbeam - Triple Whale - DTC attribution/data analysis - UGC strategy - AI creative concepts - Static ads - Script writing - Creative testing systems - Ability to analyze ad/account data and translate that data into actionable insights for the creative team on a weekly basis.
