You’re here to question why the spreadsheet exists — and build the system that makes it unnecessary. We’re looking for a Business Automation Analyst who sees manual work as a problem to be solved, not a process to be managed. You’ll analyze how work gets done across the business, identify what’s slow, repetitive, or error-prone, and build the systems that fix it permanently. Python, advanced Excel, AI-powered workflows, and smart automation tools are your toolkit. The outcome is a business that runs faster, reports more accurately, and depends less on manual effort over time. Qualifications - Strong Python programming skills - Advanced Excel expertise (required) - Solid experience with SQL and database querying - Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms - Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools - Strong diagnostic skills - Natural systems thinker - Self-directed once you understand the environment - Honest communicator - Long-term mindset Requirements - Mapping workflows that rely on human hands and asking which ones shouldn’t — then building the automations that replace them - Building Python scripts, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows that turn hours of manual work into something that runs itself - Creating Excel models and dashboards that give leadership accurate, real-time visibility - Digging into messy, multi-source datasets and producing clean, reliable outputs - Documenting everything you build so clearly that someone else could maintain it - Sitting with teams, understanding how they actually work, and translating that into automation solutions - Continuously looking for the next thing to improve Benefits - Permanent Work from Home - Competitive Salary - HMO - Mental health programs - Maternity Assistance thru HMO - Paid Vacation Leave - Technology Allowance - Internet Allowance - Weekly Payout - Career growth and advancement
