Enterprise Account Executive

CloudPay

• Proactively identify and target enterprise-level companies in the UK market that align with CloudPay's ideal customer profile. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to penetrate key accounts, understand their business challenges, and position CloudPay's solutions effectively. • Navigate long and intricate sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement) within client organizations. • Articulate the value proposition of CloudPay's global payroll and payment platform, demonstrating how our solutions address specific client needs and deliver significant ROI. • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and financial models, and skillfully negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas. • Work closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Job Requirements

  • Proven progressive experience of successful enterprise-level software sales experience, preferably within the HR Technology, Payroll, FinTech, or SaaS space.
  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes, HR systems, and financial operations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-million-pound deals.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth discovery calls, identify client pain points, and position solutions as strategic business enablers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to manage procurement processes and overcome objections.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Highly driven, autonomous, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
