• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DataOps team • Set technical direction, priorities, and operating standards for DataOps • Own the operational health, performance, and availability of CloudPay’s data platforms • Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management for data pipelines • Implement robust CI/CD processes for data pipelines and analytics assets • Ensure strong data access controls, auditability, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR) • Act as a bridge between Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Operations

• Manage the Ireland Payroll operations team, with direct management of the team (based in the UK). • Have overall responsibility for the allocation and processing of Payrolls for Ireland customers, and for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of Payrolls. • Close monitoring of the productivity of the team will be required. • Be responsible for performance management of the team and be able to drive operational excellence (Quality of the delivery: SLA... and Quality of the interaction: Tickets...) and facilitate upskill and a learning culture. • Ensure Supervisors and Processors are best positioned for Service delivery to Clients with operational issues, including customer reviews, implementation issues and product teams. • Proactively manage Customer relations avoiding any unnecessary escalation to the EMEA Payroll Director and ensuring Service Reviews are held as required. • Interview and hire new team members, and assist with onboarding and training to ensure the team is properly skilled throughout the employee life cycle. • Act as a backup to Supervisors during their absence on payroll processing issues. • Handle all payroll matters and queries from clients on time and be viewed by Clients as a facilitator to support Service Delivery and as a reliable and actionable escalation point. • Co-operate with other departments within CloudPay seeking continuous improvement and strengthening the One CloudPay image for Customers

• Responsible for accurate monthly payroll processing & validation of payroll results • Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing • Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity • Cooperates with Social Security Institution and Tax Office • Maintain Social Security platform "Płatnik" and "ZUS PUE" • Maintain disability fund submission on e-Pfron and prepare reports for Statistical Office • Handles payroll queries raised by customers • Assists in preparing the annual declarations of PIT and insurance confirmation • Maintains positive, collaborative working relationships to ensure open communication & strong partnerships with the team and the clients

• Communication between the client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers • Ensure all timelines are met • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor • Recommend departmental-specific procedures and implement those that are approved • Delivery of QA compliance and process

• Process and deliver accurate German payrolls that meet client and statutory requirements • Perform data checks and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance • Maintain clear and audit-ready payroll documentation • Submit required reports and declarations to German authorities • Keep our payroll systems updated to reflect legal and organizational changes • Collaborate with senior payroll experts and support during busy periods • Respond to routine client requests and generate reports • Take part in ongoing learning, including German payroll training and job shadowing

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing according to the monthly payroll calendar, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation and statutory deadlines • Collaborate closely with Operations to validate and reconcile payroll inputs and reports, ensuring all data aligns with legal and client requirements • Research and resolving payroll discrepancies before processing, and reviewing outputs to ensure accuracy • Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes • Prepare and upload monthly payroll reports to the CloudPay platform • Manage all communications and submissions related to Spanish Social Security, including registrations, amendments, sick leave, and parental leave, via systems like SILTRA, CONTRAT@, CERTIFIC@, and DELTA • Oversee monthly Social Security contribution submissions and address any issues that may delay payment • Coordinate the calculation and timely submission of tax declarations to AEAT, including models 111, 216, 190, 296, and 345 • Support payroll testing and parallel runs for new client implementations or system changes • Work in partnership with the Implementation team to ensure new payroll accounts are smoothly transitioned to the in-house team • Contribute to setup and configuration validations to ensure all client information is complete and accurate for payroll delivery

• Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently • Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll • Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations • Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed • Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement • Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll • Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing • Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations • Maintains payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance • Validate payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfully • Provide payroll training and guidance to team members
