Role Description Offensive Security is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role will support company-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position plays a key role in delivering actionable insights through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and scalable reporting processes. - Perform detailed actual vs. budget analysis for bookings, units, and operating expenses; partner closely with Accounting to investigate and explain variances. - Own the end-to-end administration of sales and marketing commissions, including implementation of new compensation plans and management of CaptivateIQ (commission automation platform). - Reconcile and consolidate data across multiple systems to produce accurate, integrated management reports. - Assist in developing and tracking KPIs across business units; maintain monthly and quarterly reporting and communicate insights to stakeholders. - Maintain and update headcount forecasts within Adaptive Planning. - Build and maintain robust financial models in Google Sheets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making. - Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support cross-functional initiatives and leadership requests. - Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles - Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (including lookup functions and financial modeling) - Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker, Salesforce, or similar financial and reporting systems is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment - Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and time zones - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership - Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and systems Working Conditions This role is a full-time salaried position.
