Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Project Coordinator with an active Secret clearance to provide programmatic, operational, and administrative support for a federal IT contract. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a fully remote position within the United States. - Facilitates PMO operations and staffing. - Supports contract and subcontractor management. - Ensures timely delivery of government-required deliverables. - Maintains strong communication channels across internal teams and government stakeholders. - Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all aspects of contract and subcontractor management. - Supports PMO leadership in maintaining compliance with contract requirements, deliverable schedules, staffing needs, and program performance metrics. - Leads weekly staffing meetings; documents decisions, tracks action items, and drives accountability for follow-through. - Coordinates program recruitment activities in partnership with corporate recruiting, hiring managers, and PMO leadership to ensure timely onboarding of personnel. - Coordinates the creation, review, tracking, and submission of key government deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), meeting minutes, briefing materials, and Trip Reports. - Ensures documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance with government format, content, and submission requirements. - Maintains accurate program data within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and supporting operational decision-making. - Manages and optimizes SharePoint environments, ensuring logical organization, access control, and version management. - Designs graphics, layouts, and communication products to support PMO reporting, briefings, and internal communications, including employee newsletters and slide decks for All Hands meetings. - Collaborates with technical and functional teams to gather accurate data for deliverable content, communication campaigns, and program updates. - Supports data calls and requests from government oversight teams and corporate leadership. - Helps maintain alignment across cross-functional IT teams by consolidating information, tracking tasking, and ensuring timely dissemination of updates. Role Description Le service Protection de la Ressource et Qualité de l’Eau est chargé du pilotage des actions du SEDIF en matière de préservation des ressources naturelles (eau et biodiversité) et de maîtrise des risques sanitaires liés à l’eau potable, depuis les nappes et les cours d’eau jusqu’au robinet des usagers. Au sein d’une équipe composée de 6 agents et placé sous l’autorité de la cheffe de service, le titulaire du poste est chargé de contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie environnementale et énergétique du SEDIF. À ce titre, il participe à : - La réduction de l’empreinte environnementale des infrastructures et des processus. - L’optimisation de la gestion des ressources. - Le développement de l’efficacité énergétique. - La prise en compte des enjeux liés au changement climatique. Il est également le référent Carbone du SEDIF. Qualifications - Titulaire du grade d’ingénieur territorial ou d’un diplôme Bac +5 en environnement, énergie ou eau. - Connaissances en transition écologique (climat, énergie, biodiversité) et en politiques publiques associées. - Connaissance du fonctionnement des collectivités territoriales. - Capacité à piloter des projets transversaux et à animer des partenariats. - Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles. - Aise avec le suivi d’indicateurs et l’analyse de situations. - Rigueur, autonomie et organisation. - Appréciation du travail en équipe et sens du service public. - Une expérience similaire, en collectivité ou en établissement public, serait appréciée.

• Scope, plan, schedule, and drive software projects to delivery on time and within budget, ensuring risks and dependencies are surfaced early. • Act as the team's Scrum Master by running sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives while actively removing technical blockers. • Groom backlogs and write Jira tickets for engineering, design, and QA teams with clear, well-scoped acceptance criteria. • Architect and maintain advanced Jira automations (such as ticket routing, status transitions, and role handoffs) to eliminate manual overhead. • Establish clear Jira dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency into team velocity, progress, and operational bottlenecks. • Coordinate directly across technical and creative roles, translating technical details into commercial context for business stakeholders. • Optimize engineering delivery frameworks utilizing AI tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate repetitive coordination and reporting tasks. • Maintain complete workflow traceability by connecting Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) with GitHub branches, pull requests, and releases.
