Job Description

Senior Program Manager

Slingshot Aerospace

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting government and strategic initiatives • Ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives • Serve as the accountable program lead, managing scope, milestones, financial performance • Guide a matrixed team and ensure coordination across internal and external stakeholders • Prepare and present program reviews and financial updates to stakeholders • Monitor contract execution and identify growth opportunities • Manage customer and partner relationships to maintain trusted partnerships • Support capture and proposal efforts with execution strategies and risk assessments

Job Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI United States government security clearance
  • United States citizenship required
  • 15+ years of experience in Program Management or related field
  • 10+ years of experience executing contracts with the Federal Government
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business development or capture activities
  • Experience working with the United States Department of Defense
  • Demonstrated expertise applying program management methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the continental United States up to approximately 25 percent
