Role Description This is a remote position. The company is building an AI-powered marketing execution platform for Swiss SMEs. The product helps companies turn one campaign brief into brand-consistent, compliance-reviewed campaigns across several channels. The company is currently in proof of concept with its first design partners and is looking for a highly ambitious technical builder to join as an early technical co-founder / founding engineer. You will help build the first version of the product, work closely with the founding team, and take ownership of core parts of the platform. This includes: - Backend development - AI workflows - Campaign generation - Document processing - Data architecture - Integrations with marketing tools This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already built strong technical projects, has hands-on AI/LLM experience, and wants to grow into a technical leadership or CTO-type role over time.
