Payroll Coordinator
Evri
• Enter and validate daily working hours in payroll systems • Review punches, breaks, overtime, and anomalies with strong attention to detail • Resolve clocking errors and payroll discrepancies • Process holidays, sick leave, and additional payments accurately • Prepare and send daily, provisional, and final payroll reports within strict deadlines • Ensure workers are paid correctly and on time • Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders on payroll-related queries • Monitor regulatory thresholds (e.g. tenure-based pay adjustments) and ensure correct pay rates • Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable payroll records
Job Requirements
- Experience in payroll, workforce administration, or finance operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Comfortable working with payroll systems and operational reports
- Clear written communication in English
- Reliable, structured, and deadline-driven
- Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
