• Responsible for the preparation of Clarke’s bi-weekly multi-state payroll • Reviews time sheets for fidelity to Clarke’s policies • Updates payroll records for changes in compensation • Processes bi-weekly payroll for all Clarke employees • Assists in preparation of required documentation for federal and state filings • Prepares and posts payroll biweekly to the G/L and tracking spreadsheets • Responds to employee inquiries and resolves issues • Prepares materials and participates in all audits • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations
