• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones utilizando la Plataforma Pega. • Configurar procesos de negocio, flujos de trabajo, interfaces de usuario e integraciones. • Colaborar con analistas de negocio y partes interesadas para recopilar y traducir requisitos en soluciones técnicas. • Desarrollar y consumir servicios web REST/SOAP y APIs. • Realizar pruebas unitarias, depuración y solución de problemas de las aplicaciones. • Participar en revisiones de código y asegurar cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas de Pega y estándares de desarrollo. • Apoyar actividades de despliegue y resolución de problemas en producción. • Contribuir a discusiones sobre arquitectura del sistema y documentación técnica.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ años de experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones en la plataforma Pega.
  • Experiencia con Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.
  • Fuerte comprensión de BPM, gestión de casos y automatización de flujos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en la creación de flujos, tipos de casos, páginas de datos, integraciones y reglas de decisión.
  • Conocimiento de diseño orientado a objetos y principios de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia en la integración de Pega con sistemas externos y APIs.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías Agile/Scrum.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés avanzadas.
