Job Requirements
- Previous experience working remotely, with the ability to stay organized and productive in an independent work environment.
- Experience with administrative and data-entry work, including high-volume data entry, record cleanup and organization, spreadsheet updates, and general administrative support.
- Hands-on QuickBooks bookkeeping experience, including journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic reporting.
- Comfortable using general office tools in support of day-to-day administrative work.
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency.
- Availability to work 9 to 5 during U.S. business hours.
- A reliable remote-work setup, including a dependable computer, internet connection, and home office.
