• You advise growth-oriented companies strategically on SEO and AI Search. • You own their organic growth roadmap and work within a specialized team. • You optimize visibility in generative search engines (GEO/AEO). • You design and optimize lead magnets. • You provide strategic direction to our Content Strategists. • You are responsible for content quality assurance and manage publishing of content in our clients' CMS. • You track performance and report in HubSpot or other CRM systems.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, content, online or growth marketing with proven results — ideally with client or stakeholder responsibility.
  • You have a clear view on the future of Search and are not afraid to challenge established SEO playbooks.
  • You think in business metrics, not vanity metrics.
  • You switch effortlessly between strategic overview and tactical detail.
  • You confidently guide clients through complex topics and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
  • Your SEO toolkit is solid (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, SurferSEO).
  • You already work with ChatGPT, Claude & Co.
  • Bonus: Experience with AirOps, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • You are passionate about high-quality content for a wide range of audiences.
  • You speak German and English fluently and are confident in written communication in both languages.
  • You have your tax residence in Germany.
