Senior Accountant

Daos Hub Dubai

• Own the full-cycle accounting of Daos Hub’s fast-scaling, cross-border operations. • Bring order to a dynamic ecosystem, ensuring strict UAE tax compliance. • Manage complex multi-currency/crypto cash flows, and set up scalable financial processes. • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records in Xero/ERP systems in strict compliance with IFRS and company policies. • Manage full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements, prepare FTA tax returns, and handle bank communication. • Process and monitor local and international payments through multiple banking platforms, payment systems, and corporate card management systems. • Perform complex bank, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations; oversee cash flow fulfillment and reporting. • Track and control fixed assets introduction and depreciation; manage Jira end-to-end payment requests.

Job Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting, reporting, or financial controlling.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of international tax landscapes and cross-border compliance (multi-country VAT/sales tax regulations, transfer pricing basics, and local corporate tax standards).
  • Experience navigating global financial regulations and managing entity reporting across multiple jurisdictions is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS. Advanced proficiency in Xero (or QuickBooks/Zoho) and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience managing workflows in Jira is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of self-organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
